The Waukegan, IL Wal-Mart (http://www.fatwallet.com/redirect/bounce.php?afsrc=1&url=http://www.walmart.com/) has two end-cap displays- about 15 units total that I saw- of the Black and Decker StormStation power source/radio/light that normally sells for $90.00-$100.00.

I saw it there about two weeks ago at 30 bucks, and I held off, since it is not very powerful and limited in its function. However, at 15 bucks it was a no brainer.
I have no idea whether this is continental, national, regional, state-wide, blah blah blah, but if you are near the newer-but-really-getting-trashy Waukegan store, it would be worth a detour.
