Terms and Conditions

All members are subject to the following terms and conditions for the rewards programs.

1. All earnings are subject to approval or rejection by YourListOnline.com.
2. All earnings are in US Dollars.
3. All earnings must be acquired with legitimate methods. Use of automated scripts, third party applications, or other methods deemed to be fraudulent will invalidate all account earnings.
4. YourListOnline reserves the right to change and modify the points earned for each action at its sole discretion and without notice.
5. This service is offered as-is without warranty expressed nor implied. YourListOnline reserves the right to refuse redemption of earnings for any reason if it believes the accumulation of earnings was a result of fraudulent or inappropriate activity. In the event that YourListOnline refuses redemption of earnings, YourListOnline will provide the member with an explaination of the refusal.
6. Individual earning amounts in excess of $5.00 are subject to a 10 day verification period. Individual earnings in excess of $25.00 are subject to a 30 day verification period.
7. Participants and Members agree not to hold YourListOnline liable for any damages in the event that earnings are not calculated properly, or if YourListOnline refuses to redeem earnings when YourListOnline determines such earnings to be the result of inappropriate or fraudlent activity.
8. Paypal redemption requests may be made once total available account earnings less total redemptions requested exceed $5.00 (USD)
9. All redemption requests via paypal will require confirmation. Such requests will generate a confirmation email sent to the paypal email address entered which will contain a validation link which must be clicked to process the redemption request.
10. Check redemption requests may by made once total available account earnings less total redemptions requested exceed $25.00 (USD)
11. Processing time for check redemptions is 7 to 10 business days. Check redemptions will be subject to a $5.00 processing fee.
12. Other restrictions may apply.
13. Subject to appropriate federal, state, local and international laws.
14. YourListOnline is not responsible for any lost or stolen reward earnings.
15. In no event shall YourListOnline's liability, either jointly or severally, exceed $5.00.
16. By requesting redemption of earnings, you are certifying that you agree to all the terms and conditions of the Member Rewards program and that you certify that participation in this program does not violate any of your federal, state, local or international laws.
17. YourListOnline may cancel, terminate or otherwise discontinue this program at any time and without notice.
